2007 – Strengthened Product Line, Larger Customer Base

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA. January 31, 2008. In 2007, Blueridge Software, Inc. strengthened its product offerings, further expanded its customer base, and retired 100% of its debt.

Blueridge President Stan Littley said, “Blueridge Software is now debt-free. In mid-2003, we took on debt financing to fund the expansion of our business, and in April 2007, we retired that debt, more than a year before its maturity.

“During 2007, we further strengthened our product offerings with the introduction of Enterprise Edition Version 5.3, the second significant upgrade to our most powerful program,” he added.

“Our line of Contract Assistant software continued to attract a broad range of new customers. Hometown America, Texas A & M, and the Salvation Army are just a few of the organizations that chose Contract Assistant for their contract management needs during the year.

“We enjoyed strong growth in revenues attributable to existing customers, including upgrades, licensing expansion, and recurring revenues from renewals,” Littley concluded. “We are pleased with our progress in 2007 and look forward to an exciting and profitable 2008.”
