2012 – Broad-based Sales Growth, Launch of New Contract Assistant™ Enterprise Edition Version

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA. January 31, 2013. 2012 was a year of growth for Blueridge Software™, Inc. Sales increased across the board, and Blueridge completed the roll out of its more powerful, refreshed editions of Contract Assistant.

“In September 2012, we introduced Contract Assistant Enterprise Edition 6.1, an exciting upgrade to the most powerful version of our contract management software,” said Blueridge President Stan Littley. “The features we’ve added in Enterprise Edition 6.1 increase flexibility, improve the software interface for everyone working with the program, and put even more control in the hands of the administrative user.”

“For example, Enterprise Edition 6.1 greatly expands the customizability of the software,” he continued. “The administrative user can now create views that simplify users’ screens and control access to specific fields and features. A view can be applied for all users or selected users, and the program supports multiple views.

“Other improvements include an updated Client user interface and more intuitive settings and editing for the Report Designer module,” he added. “We also made a number of key changes behind the scenes. For example, the software is now virtualized, which is a real benefit from a technical point of view.”

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA. September 4, 2012. Blueridge Software, Inc. today announced the introduction of Enterprise Edition Version 6.1, an exciting upgrade to the most powerful version of its Contract Assistant contract management software.

Contract Assistant Enterprise Edition is an affordable, flexible, off-the-shelf contract management solution that couples the intuitive user interface of Contract Assistant with the power and scalability of SQL. This version of Contract Assistant is intended to meet the needs of small workgroups to large organizations and can accommodate even very large databases and numbers of users.

Since its initial launch in January 2005, Contract Assistant Enterprise Edition has proven a hit with users. Among its most popular features are: automatic email notification of an unlimited number of date-driven alarms, multi-level security, easy customization by an administrative user, and the ability to store related documents in the database. Contract Assistant Enterprise Edition Version 6.1 builds upon the success of earlier versions with new features and enhancements.

New Enterprise Edition Version 6.1 Features
Enterprise Edition 6.1 includes Field Level Locking, which greatly expands the customizability of the software. The administrative user can easily use this to create views that simplify users’ screens or control access to fields and features. A view can be applied for all users or selected users, and the program supports multiple views.

Easy Upgrade
A built-in conversion utility allows current Contract Assistant Enterprise Edition Version customers to migrate all their data and existing customization to Version 6.1. Users of single-user Contract Assistant Standard Edition or multi-user PRO Edition can take advantage of a simple upgrade path, with quick, automated import of their existing Contract Assistant databases.

The Power of SQL – The Ease of Contract Assistant
Contract Assistant Enterprise Edition databases are installed on servers running Microsoft SQL 2005, 2008, 2008 R2, or 2012. User modules are installed on local PCs running Windows XP, Windows 7, or Windows 8 or on virtual desktop software, such as Citrix, Terminal Services, and Citrix XenApp.

After installation, the primary user of a Contract Assistant Enterprise Edition database can use the program’s built-in tools to carry out the day-to-day administration of the database without IT help. Comprehensive, illustrated documentation is written for the average user. Key contract information is easily entered, viewed, and searched, and can be shared via unlimited custom reports.

2011 – Continued Roll Out of New Contract Assistant™ Versions, Increased Recurring Revenues

2010 – A Year of Growth – and Building for the Future

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA. January 31, 2011. Blueridge Software, Inc. enjoyed sales growth in all categories during 2010 and took significant steps to ensure future growth.
