Blueridge Software Completes First Year in Business

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA. January 31, 2003. Blueridge Software, Inc. has completed its first calendar year in business. The Company was formed in March 2002 with plans to enter the growing market for contract management software, and introduced Contract Assistantâ„¢ Standard Edition, its first product, in October.

Blueridge Software President Stan Littley said, “We’re pleased at the speed with which we’ve been able to execute our product development plans and with the response to Contract Assistant. Our customers are discovering that Contract Assistant can quickly pay for itself – often by preventing just one unwanted auto-renewal.

“We expect to expand our product line in the coming year by adding a multi-user version of Contract Assistant,” he continued. The new version will allow networked users access to shared Contract Assistant databases and will also include some additional features.
